The cottage is set amongst vineyards and fields of sunflowers on the 'Chemin Vert' - one of the official French walking/cycling routes.

The 4-bedroom cottage faces south with a terraced area (13m x 10) leading from the kitchen. The garden furniture seats 10. Barbeque. Washing line. Open view to the river Gironde.
A large, adjacent barn provides shaded, off-street parking for 4 cars. Some beach toys, paddling pool, skim board, body board, garden games.

The accommodation comprises 4 double bedrooms (three ground floor and one in the converted loft). Original rustic beams feature throughout.

Cleaning
In the normal local French custom, we would expect our clients to leave the house in the same condition as they found it. If any additional cleaning is required, this will be deducted from the initial deposit.
